Provide support to the segment of our customer base who utilize our Yearli software to file forms to the state and federal government. As a technical problem solver, you will deal one-on-one with customers over the telephone, while creating a positive customer experience.
In the position of Seasonal Pick/Pack, you will read customer order forms and pick product from shelves, matching item number and quantity ordered. You may also then pack the product in an appropriate sized box, adding air fillers and attaching the shipping label.
